Our real-life mastectomy model Kelly Short looks beautiful in our Chloe bra.

Why Wirefree?

Wirefree bras, non-wired bras, wireless bras, soft cup bras… Whatever you call them, after any type of breast or chest surgery this is the best choice for you and your body. Wearing an underwired bra can result in wires digging in or irritating areas that are already sore, tender or swollen. Our Caress range of post surgery bras is 100% wirefree and designed specifically to give you all the extra support and comfort you need at this time. All of our post surgery bra styles feature bilateral pockets to hold prostheses if required or, if not, these pockets simply act as an extra lining within the cups for added comfort. Each and every style is extensively wear-tested by our team of ladies who have had surgery themselves so know exactly what to look for in the perfect post surgery bra.

Can't find a Caress style in your size?

Most styles in our Everyday range can also have flat pockets* added upon request.

Ask Kelly

"I wear a Royce bra every day! I love the t-shirt bras in the Caress range."

These are my top tips for choosing a bra, but of course, if you're unsure I'd advise that you ask a Royce Approved Fitter

1After having radiotherapy, my skin is really sensitive. So I look for softfabrics that won't irritate

2If you have a discrepancy in size or shape between your breasts choose a moulded or padded bra

3If you wear a prosthesis make surethe bra has a deep centre front and good coverage to fully contain it

4Do the jump and the wiggle test to ensure your prosthesis stays in place!

Champagne Velvet

Our luxurious 'Champagne Velvet' set is pure indulgence. With its delicate lace overlay in a sumptuous shade of mink and soft, padded cups to provide a beautiful shape under clothes, this style is perfect for special occasions or for an everyday treat.

'Champagne Velvet' also features a removable, adjustable insert for extra coverage at the neck edge and matching briefs are available
