Dessert: Layered Granola, Yoghurt and Banana

Treat yourself and your loved ones to a tasty dessert, that is delicious and very simple to make. Feel free to swap out the fat free vanilla yoghurt with another flavoured yoghurt – although we think Vanilla goes well here. And always make sure its fat free! Try Total 0% Greek Yoghurt also.

Ingredients

Serves: 1

  • â…“ of a batch of Banana Granola
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • ¾ cup/180ml of fat free vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 small sprig of mint
  • 1 tablespoon of runny honey

Method

Add a 1/3 of the yoghurt to a glass, followed by the sliced banana, then add the Granola, the runny honey and add the rest of the yoghurt. Sprinkle a few granola pieces on top and place your sprig of mint to complete.
