Did you know that Royce Lingerie is the world’s only wirefree bra specialist? If anyone knows wirefree bras, it’s us. So much love, care and attention goes into the engineering of a Royce wirefree bra.
We’re technical perfectionists, we won’t compromise on comfort, and we love pretty things too. Only the very best in engineering, details and materials will do for our customers.
So what exactly goes into a Royce bra?
Underband
A bra’s underband should offer the bust the majority of the support – more so than the straps or wires. As Royce bras are wirefree, our underbands are wider than some, to ensure that women are fully supported and comfortable all day.
Quality
We’re perfectionists – and we want every aspect of our bras to reflect this. That’s why quality checks are carried out on every style either before it leaves the factory or when it arrives in the warehouse.
Cups

Hook & Eye
Other than our teen collection, every Royce bra has four hooks and eyes, so women can alter the fit as their body shape fluctuates during the month. The difference between the first and last hook and eye is a whole band size, and each hook and eye has a soft seal so there are no sharp, uncomfortable edges.

Rings
We only use the very best rings on our straps – they’re long-lasting, comfortable and won’t tarnish in the wash.

Details
We love pretty details, but we also know how important convenience and quality are. All Royce bras are machine washable, and made by only the very best factories with the highest quality standards. Every bow is attached with secure tacks so you can be sure they’ll stay put through every wash and wear.
Pocket/Cotton Lining
The pockets/cotton linings in our bras are stitched on the inside of the bra, and the edges of the fabric are stitched down. This means the seams don’t rub against the skin and ladies can enjoy total comfort all day.
Modesty Panel
For ladies who have had breast or chest surgery, modesty panels are a great way to cover scars or just provide that extra coverage. You’ll find these on some of our Comfort and Post-Surgery collections. The modesty panels are all detachable, with small, discreet buttons and loops inside the bra, so they can be adjusted to fit all chest shapes and sizes.

Larger Cups
Royce bras go up to an L cup. Of course, taking a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach wouldn’t work when it comes to bras. That’s why our design team makes essential amendments to each style for larger cup sizes, widening the straps and underband, to give larger busts the full support they need.
Side Sling
A side sling helps to give a more evenly rounded breast shape, while offering additional support to the side, preventing breasts from sitting to the side. This is particularly good for larger cup sizes.
Double layer wing
Most Royce bras have a double layer of fabric on the wing (the side of the bra), giving added support to the bust.
