Monday
The start of your weekly routine might come with a dose of the Monday blues. You need a comfortable T-shirt bra with a little extra ‘feel good’ detail. Wednesday
It’s the midweek hump day – one that requires a dependable bra that still makes us feel good. Bra-drobe pick: Indie (in lilac). Super comfortable, this is another great workwear bra thanks to its smooth moulded cups. Pretty lace detailing around the band and cups adds a touch of something special to a humdrum Wednesday.
Thursday
We’re almost at the weekend, and when we push through this penultimate working day we’ve got a HIIT class booked in the evening. Bra-drobe pick: Indie again (but this time in petrol blue), plus Aerocool or Impact Free Adjustable Fit. Indie will see us through the serious part of the day, but we need a sports bra for the after-work exercise session. Impact Free Adjustable Fit (for A-D cups) features an adjustable racer-back to anchor the bra closer to the chest making it good for medium to high impact workouts. G-K cups can run, jump and jiggle to their hearts content in Aerocool, which features side slings and a high neckline to minimise horizontal and vertical bounce during high impact exercise (available in blackberry or black/grey).

Friday
It’s the end of the working week (yay!), which also means after work drinks or dinner with friends. Bra-drobe pick: Georgia in classic black or beige. Simple and stylish, Georgia is a classy bra to complement any day-to-night outfit. It features moulded cups to create a smooth shape under fitted clothing, plus tiny bow and lace trim detailing for a touch of Friday night elegance.
