Our UK standard delivered parcels are sent using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service, and should arrive with your normal post. If no-one is present at your address and your parcel doesn’t fit through the letterbox then a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot. A signature is not required for this service. Royce Lingerie are unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, however in the unlikely event that this occurs please contact our Customer Service team and we will try our best to resolve any problems.
